Babysitting Help

The Crestwood PTO has a meeting on Tuesday December 15 at 6:30 in the discovery center at Crestwood Elem/JH. They are seeking volunteers to provide day care so parents can attend the meeting. Contact Kelly Jessen at kellyolsonjessen@gmail.com if interested in helping.

Wedding Help

Mrs. Vachta is seeking two volunteers to help at her son's wedding.

Here are the details:
The wedding is December 12. It starts at 4pm at the Expo. I would like to have 2 students to make popcorn using a popcorn machine, refill the candy and snack containers, and refill the lemonade containers. They would need to be at the Expo by 4:30pm.  I will have someone there to tell them what to do. They would stay and work until 6pm or 6:30pm. They would be able to eat supper there, too.

Computer Help

Joe Spalla is looking for a volunteer to assist him with basic computer tasks.  He will meet at the Cresco Library.  Please call him at 563.202.0310 (cell) or 563.737.2510 (home) if interested.

Mobile Food Pantry

The Mobile Food Pantry will be in Cresco on Saturday November 7th.  The pantry is located at First Lutheran Church, 920 East 3rd Street in Cresco.  Volunteers are needed to help unload the truck, distribute the food, and clean up.  If you want to volunteer, please be at the church by 8:30am. The food pantry is over by 12.  Questions??  Contact Betty Schmitt at school email.  

PTO Day Care

Chip Shoppe Fundraiser Help

The Crestwood Elementary staff members are looking for some responsible students to assist them with the parent pick up of fundraiser products from their Chip Shoppe sales.  The orders and items sold will be delivered to school on Nov. 5th from 3 to 5pm. Humane Society Dog and Car Wash

The Humane Society of Northeast Iowa is seeking volunteers to help with its annual dog and car wash on Saturday Oct 3rd from 1-4 in the Cresco Shopper Parking Lot.  Either show up during those times or contact Deb Morris at 563.379.6240 if interested.
