Adopt-A-Highway Volunteers
Prairie Springs Recreational Association is seeking volunteers to help with highway litter removal on Saturday October 21st at 9am. Meet at the NICC center parking out. Dress for the weather and bring gloves. If interested in helping, please contact Tim Wolder at 563.419.8081.

Volunteers for Winter Athletic Events
If you would like to help out and earn Silvercord hours and Activity Worker Passes (sandwich and drink from concessions) there is an opportunity to work the scorer's table during Junior High Basketball.

Helping Services is in need of six Mentors For A Day for an upcoming event for the Driftless Visitor's Center and Nature Activities on Saturday, October 28 from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Volunteers must be 18.
Additionally, If any of you are interested in volunteering at Helping Services Holiday Lights, Magical Nights, please let me know. Volunteers can work a 2 or 4 hour shift and must be 12 years and older. Volunteers greet carloads of families and friends as they donate to our agency and enjoy a BEAUTIFUL and SPECTACULAR display of lights at the Pulpit Rock Campground in Decorah. You can volunteer as an individual or group.

Halloween Party Help

The Regional Health Services Radiology Department is seeking volunteers for a 5K on Saturday, October 7, 2017 from 8am-11am. Volunteers are needed for registration at Kessel Park and for course guidance. If interested, please call the radiology department at 563.547.6374.

Wildlife Club Shooting Range Clean-Up
On Saturday, September 23, 2017 from 9am to 11am, the Wildlife Club Shooting Range Clean-Up will occur. It is the future trap shooting site for 2018 and located north of SMI sawmill on Valley Ave. Volunteers should bring work gloves. For questions, please contact 547.0049.
