Mother's Day Brunch

The Cresco Kiwanis Club is seeking workers to help with the Mother's Day Brunch on Sunday May 14th held at the Heritage Events Center from 9:00-1:00.

Special Needs Assoc. Dance

The Special Needs Association of Howard County is sponsoring a spring dance/fun/games/crafts at the Featherlite Center on Sunday April 30, from 1:00 to 4:00pm/  If anyone would like to help with the activities for silver cord time, please email Mrs. Schmitt at school email and let her know.

Hansmeier Benefit

Help is needed for the Shaina Hansmeier Benefit this Sunday, April 30th at the Expo Center from 3:30 to 7:30pm.  If interested please contact Mrs. Riehle.

Umpires for Softball Games

Holly O'Brien is looking for volunteers for umpires for 6th grade softball games. Students could choose either silver cord hours or to be paid $30 a night. Umpires are needed 6pm to 9pm on the following dates:

Painting Volunteers

Jackie Tallman is seeking volunteers to help with painting at her house.  Please contact Jackie at 563.379.3750 if interested.

Help 1st grade parent night

The first grade teachers are looking for students to help with our parent/reading night.  We are looking for students to watch kids while we meet with parents and then watch any other siblings that may need to be watched while the first grader and their parent do an activity.  This will be on Thursday, April 6th  We would need you from 5:45-7:15  Please contact Mrs. Berg at jberg@howard-winn.k12.ia.us if you are able to help us.

4th Grade Classroom Help

Mrs. Mahr, 4th grade teacher at Crestwood Elementary, is in need of one student to come over once a week to work one-on-one with a student (boy) in the areas of fluency and comprehension.  They could come at any of the following times:

9:00-10:15

10:40-11:05

12:30-1:30

2:00-2:30
