Christmas in Lime Springs

 Silver Cord volunteers are needed for Christmas in Lime Springs.  The event is Sunday, December 4 from 11am - 4pm.  Volunteers will be needed from 10:30 to 4:30.  Workers will help serve food, bus tables, wash dishes and other tasks as needed. Contact Kelly Jessen at kellyolsonjessen@gmail.com or 563-547-8773 if interested in volunteering.

Mentoring Program Volunteers

 Helping Services for Youth and Families (Mentoring program) is hosting an event on October 15 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Cresco Fitness Center. They will need 2-3 high school students to be "Mentors For A Day". That means you would attend the event and be assigned a youth to spend time with that day. If you are interested, send Kathy a text with your name to 563-380-2838.  Also include that you are interested in helping for this event.

Notre Dame Fair Day Help

Notre Dame is seeking volunteers to help with their Fair Day on Sat., Sept. 10th.  Shifts are from 4:30-5:45 and 5:45-7:00. If available to help, contact Tracy Herold at 319.899.0769.

Extension Office Help

The ISU Extension needs 10-15 strong volunteers to help with tear down on Wednesday, October 5 after school at about 3:30 until 4:30pm at the Expo Center in Cresco.  Call the Extension Office and let us know if you can help out.   563-547-3001.

Christmas in Lime Springs Help

Christmas in Lime Springs is Sunday, Dec. 5 at the Lime Springs Community Center.  There are shifts in two hour increments from 10 am to 4pm.  They will help set up and tear down, bus tables, serve food, and other help as needed. Contact Jami Schwickerath at jam_i3@yahoo.com
