Elementary Fundraiser Help

The elementary needs help with its fundraiser parent pickup on Wednesday, Dec 4th from 3:00-6:00.  Volunteers would be assisting parents finding their boxes and possibly helping them to carry boxes out to their cars.  Interested students please email Principal Grimm:  sgrimm@howard-winn.k12.ia.us

AAU Tournament Concession Help

Mrs. Jo Berg is looking for helpers in the concession stand, running clock/score keeper for our 5th and 6th grade basketball tournament on Saturday, November 23rd. It will be starting at 9:00 am until 5:00 pm. If you are interested in helping (even for a portion of the day) please let Mrs. Berg know as soon as possible at jberg@howard-winn.k12.ia.us

ND Music Concert Help

Notre Dame Catholic School is looking for 5 students to help out on December 16th for our K - 6 grade Christmas concert.  

Volunteers will help us with the students by checking them in and getting them to where they need to stand, helping with any student that may need help, or with any students  needed during the concert, and helping get them in their places for the last song and downstairs after the concert.  We will also need help tearing down at the end of the night (this will not take long at all).  We would need you there at 6pm until approximately 8pm.

Halloween Party Help

Amber Praska, the coordinator of the youth Halloween party in Lime Springs, is seeking volunteers to help with the party on Thurs. Oct 31st from 4:30pm to 8pm. Volunteers would assist with games and activities at the party. Please contact Amber by call or text at 563.203.4922.

Volunteers Needed in Chester

Chester Partners in Progress need volunteers for the following events:

•  craft/vendor show  Saturday April 27--need some help serving lunch at the Community Center. 
• Old Settlers Day-- many events that we could use help at--The date is June 8th
• Ditch clean-up on May 11th beginning at 8 am so this is another opportunity.

First Grade Team Help

On Tuesday, April 30th, from 5:45-7:15pm the first grade team will be having a 1st grade parent meeting. We need some volunteers to help with babysitting younger siblings that parents may bring with them. Please contact Mrs. Berg at jberg@howard-winn.k12.ia.us if you would be interested in helping.
